Joanne is responsible for strategic planning to promote workforce productivity, organizational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. She also ensures that our organizational design and rewards structure reflects our dynamic business environment. Joanne leads the HR function in analyzing and evaluating employee performance, identifying gaps, and creating strategies to cultivate talent and improve performance at all levels of the business. This includes leadership, employee development, and future business growth with particular focus on talent, business culture, and company culture.
