Veranex expands global capabilities for human-centered design, innovation, and strategy

RALEIGH, N.C.; Dec. 7, 2021 – Veranex, the only global, tech-enabled product development services provider focused on the medical technology industry, today announced its latest acquisition, Worrell, further expanding its offerings and geographic reach. As one integrated company, Veranex delivers compelling strategic, operational, and financial benefits by combining the skills and expertise needed for developing breakthrough medical technologies from concept to commercialization. Veranex is the product of six complementary acquisitions backed by growth investor Summit Partners: Ximedica, Quartesian, Boston Healthcare Associates, Experien Group, IMM Recherche, and now Worrell.
